By using this website and placing enquiries or sample orders, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Orders & Minimum Quantities
All products are sold subject to the minimum order quantities (MOQ) stated on each product page. Prices are provided on request and confirmed via a written quotation.

2. Payments
Customers in Lahore may visit our location for direct purchases. Customers outside Lahore are required to make an advance payment to confirm dispatch.
3. Delivery
We deliver through courier companies (TCS, Leopards, PostEx) and goods transport companies. Delivery times and charges vary by location and order size.
4. Returns
Due to the nature of glass packaging, claims for breakage must be reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
